With us, you will work to provide our residents with excellent service and contribute to achieving the municipality's goals. **Description** The Department of Health and Care in Forshaga Municipality is seeking a System Administrator. As a System Administrator in Forshaga Municipality, you will play an important role where your primary responsibility is to ensure that the operational systems we have function as seamlessly as possible for our various professional categories. The systems currently used within our organization primarily include TietoEvry’s Lifecare. The system has integrations with the scheduling system Timecare and the financial system Raindance. Related systems that do not have a direct connection to the operational system but still serve an important function include Intraphone, Alfa Signit, and the emergency alarm system Everon. **Responsibilities** Typical tasks for the role will include: - Ensuring the operation, configuration, and updating of the operational system. This is done to meet the various needs of the operations and to adapt the system according to applicable laws. - Supporting and further educating staff to ensure that our various systems are utilized effectively. - Reporting internal statistics. - Monthly and annual reporting of statistics to the National Board of Health and Welfare. - Administration of service cards and management of service phones via the MDM system Duostation. You will belong to a workgroup that deals with GDPR and information security issues. You will also be one of the key persons regarding digitalization, where you will have the opportunity to influence and shape the implementation of new solutions that benefit both our staff and our citizens. **Qualifications** We are looking for candidates who are System Administrators or have equivalent qualifications as assessed by the employer. Since you will have significant contact with suppliers and various professional categories, it is advantageous if you have some knowledge of how typical case processes are carried out based on laws such as the Social Services Act (SoL) / Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS) and the Health and Medical Services Act. **Conditions** The position is a permanent full-time role where a probationary period may apply.
