System Administrator IT Systems Department

Åbro Brewery is Sweden's oldest family brewery and also one of the most modern in Europe; the brewery's products are represented in more than 25 countries around the world. The brewery produces beer, cider, soft drinks, and water sold and delivered to both restaurants, Systembolaget, and the grocery trade throughout Sweden.
In the role of System Coordinator, you will belong to the company's IT systems department and be part of a team responsible for the administration and operation of Åbro Brewery's data systems. As a System Administrator, you will provide daily assistance, support, and service to Åbro Brewery's users of various IT systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing IT systems first line support.
• Assisting in aligning the company's business systems with operational requirements.
• Ensuring smooth integrations between the company's various data systems.
• Managing error reports and supporting users.
• Acting as a link between users and suppliers.
• Ensuring that users receive the necessary training for different systems.
• Ordering work and approving results from system suppliers.
Education, experience, and personal qualities:
We prefer that you are a system developer with database knowledge or similar. You are meticulous, analytical, and driven, with a strong sense of responsibility and a service-oriented attitude. You have a good overall perspective and are flexible in your work. You are someone who follows through on your tasks to completion and are accustomed to working on multiple parallel projects. You see opportunities and contribute to a positive collaboration climate. You understand the importance of integrity and can handle sensitive and confidential information. You also have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks.
It is an advantage if you have:
• Knowledge of Infor M3 Cloud
• Proficiency in Office 365
• Experience as a project manager or in project work
• Experience with supplier management
• Experience with documentation projects
