We are looking for a System Developer for a company in Lund. The start date is January 2026, with an initial 12-month fixed-term assignment.
Description of the need:
We are seeking an experienced System Developer who can take overall responsibility for the company's web environment and their logged-in areas from a technical perspective as part of our "Customer Team." The role is central to ensuring a modern, user-friendly, and secure digital experience for customers and internal users, while maintaining operational stability. A significant part of the role involves being the "spider in the web" between suppliers and the business.
Together, the team is responsible for systems within CRM, telephony, web, mobile apps, and customer portals. The responsibility includes driving development, where a large part involves capturing, breaking down, and prioritizing needs, while ensuring that the systems are always operational with everything that entails.
Examples of tasks:
• Coordination and management of support and development efforts with external suppliers.
• Requirement specification and prioritization of features and improvements in consultation with the business's product owners.
• Security and compliance: Ensure that the solutions meet applicable security requirements and regulations.
• UX and accessibility: Drive improvements for user experience and accessibility according to WCAG.
MUST requirements:
• Experience in leading projects/development efforts for web and logged-in services, where a significant part of the delivery is handled by suppliers.
• Technical understanding: Knowledge of modern web technologies and platforms (primarily Optimzly). Good insight into CMS and API integrations.
• Strategic drive for the development and management of the web platform and logged-in environments.
• Good communication skills and experience working closely with the business. Experience acting as a requirements analyst (business analyst).
• Understanding of security solutions and identity management.
• Experience with agile working methods.
SHOULD requirements:
• Experience working in the energy sector.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and UX design.
Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required for this role.
This is a 100% consulting assignment via Incluso in Lund. The start date is January 2026, with an initial 12-month fixed-term assignment, with the possibility of extension thereafter.
