Sylvamo Nymölla Mill is located two miles east of Kristianstad in Bromölla municipality. The mill produces pulp using the Magnefite method and uncoated fine paper. Multicopy is our most well-known product. Production capacity is 340,000 tons of pulp and 475,000 tons of fine paper. About the Role As Timber Administrator at Sylvamo Sweden AB, you have overall responsibility for coordinating and developing administrative routines within our timber procurement. You are an important support in the organization and contribute to creating structure, efficiency, and quality in our processes. Your Main Responsibilities • Timber reporting • EUDR administration • Payments for purchased forest raw materials • Contract details administration (central business and import, etc.) • Financial administration and closing work • Continuous improvements in timber administration • Work with safety and health • Document management • GDPR responsibility and personal data handling routines • Backup secretary for meetings • Improvement work in administration and system usage Who Are You? You are a self-driven and solution-oriented person who thrives on taking responsibility and driving improvements. You have a genuine interest in administration and are skilled at organizing, prioritizing, and creating structure. You have high service orientation and work equally well independently and in collaboration with others. Employment is valid from January 19 or by agreement, for four months forward. After the agreed period, the employment can be extended or, if both parties agree, transition to a permanent position.
