Job Description
We are now looking for a committed and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join Swedsnus, a leading company in snus manufacturing. Are you a person with a technical interest who enjoys practical work and wants to be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking workplace? Then this could be the position for you!
Your Responsibilities:
• Ensure that production occurs according to established quality standards
• Perform ongoing maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machines
• Work safely and follow the company's procedures and guidelines
• Report deviations and suggest improvements to optimize production
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
• Is practically inclined and has a technical interest
• Is meticulous and quality-conscious
• Has a problem-solving and responsible attitude
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
It is advantageous if you:
• Have experience working as a machine operator or in the industry
• Have experience in food production
• Have previous experience working with merz machines or other snus manufacturing machines.
