How You Will Make an Impact
* You will perform TIG welding of gas turbine components with high precision and quality.
* You will read and interpret technical drawings to ensure correct assembly and manufacturing.
* You will handle grinding, measuring, and other workshop tasks in daily production.
* You will work closely with colleagues in production to achieve common goals.
* You will contribute to a safe work environment by always following safety procedures and working meticulously.
What You Bring
* You have experience in TIG welding and are accustomed to working in a workshop environment.
* You can read and understand technical drawings and communicate fluently in Swedish.
* You have a strong safety mindset and always deliver high-quality work.
* You are open to learning new skills and developing alongside the team.
* Experience with high-alloy nickel materials, forklift and overhead crane certifications, as well as experience with CNC, welding robots, and laser technology are advantageous.
About the Team
You will be part of a close-knit team of 17 skilled welders working in two shifts in Trollhättan. We have a strong team spirit and always prioritize safety. Our team collaborates closely with the entire production and is passionate about continuous improvement. We support and uplift each other to achieve our common goals and create a positive work environment. Within Gas Services, we work to reduce the carbon footprint through innovative energy solutions, service, and modernization of gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators. Our team collaborates closely with the entire production as well as in interfaces and is dedicated to continuous improvement.
Within the Gas Services division, we offer energy solutions with zero or low emissions based on our gas turbines, combined under one roof along with steam turbines and generators. Through service, modernization, and digitalization of the delivered fleet, we create opportunities for a reduced carbon footprint.
