We are now seeking Welders for our team! About Us At Ringhals, you'll become part of an engaged team where technology, safety, and development are at the center. We work together to keep one of Sweden's most important facilities in top condition – and we are proud of our contribution to the country's energy supply. The main tasks of the mechanical workshop are to support maintenance units and project offices with new manufacturing of components and spare parts, prefabrication of assembly details, installation at the facility, and repairs of mechanical components. The workshop is modern, maintains a very high standard, and is approved for manufacturing in the highest quality class for nuclear power. Your Role As a welder with us, you'll work on new installations, maintenance, and repairs in an exciting and technologically advanced environment. You'll primarily work with TIG black/white welding. Experience with additional welding methods is meritorious. The work largely involves assembly and repair work. You will contribute to keeping the facility in top condition through careful work and high professional skills. Profile Requirements We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in welding and who thrives in an environment where quality, safety, and collaboration are in focus. You are accustomed to taking responsibility for your tasks and have a good ability to plan and organize your work. You also find it easy to collaborate with others and contribute to a safe and professional work climate. You are solution-oriented, flexible, and have an eye for detail – qualities that are important in a technologically advanced environment where precision is crucial. To succeed in the role, we expect you to have: · Certification for white and black TIG according to 287 or 9606 (We apply on-site testing before employment) · Good knowledge of blueprint reading and measurement techniques · High quality awareness and accuracy in your work · Familiar with following instructions and safety routines · Secondary or higher education in welding/workshop/industry, or equivalent work experience · Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
