What does the role entail?
-The content of the position varies depending on your previous experience and area of expertise. We are looking for both manual welders and those experienced in robotic welding environments.
*Manual Welding: You will primarily work with MMA, TIG, or MIG/MAG and handle materials such as steel and special alloys. The role requires you to interpret drawings and follow work instructions with high precision. Quality assurance is an important part of your daily work.
*Robotic Welding: You will manage automated welding cells, which includes programming, adjusting, and monitoring robots. Maintenance and quality control of the welds are also included. You will work closely with the production and engineering teams and are expected to have insight into materials science and how welding affects the final result.
In both roles, you are required to have the appropriate certifications, a good understanding of safety regulations, and a strong commitment to your craft. You are meticulous and motivated – and you know that the details make the difference.

Scope: Full-time, shift work may occur
Location: Gothenburg

Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:
-Has practical experience in welding with MMA, MIG/MAG, and TIG (both carbon steel and stainless steel)
-Holds welding certifications as well as certifications for hot work
-Is comfortable reading drawings
-Has proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
It is an advantage if you also have:
-Forklift and/or overhead crane certification
-Experience in robot programming
-Expertise in quality assessment of welds
-Good knowledge of mathematics
You thrive both with independent responsibility and in close collaboration with colleagues. A fast-paced work environment does not intimidate you, and you are motivated by delivering welding work that meets the highest standards.
