In Svedala, approximately 30 employees work together, serving 140 students distributed across three grades. The students are enrolled in the Natural Resource Management program, specializing in Equine Care. What You'll Be Doing with Us: Property Caretaker Your mission is to act as a property caretaker. Currently, another property caretaker works at our facility. Here, you will perform maintenance and service for our land, riding arenas, roads, yards, vehicles, tools, and properties, including classrooms and stables. You will be our operational contact for projects that involve our land and properties. You will handle deliveries and refill water in pastures and feed in stables. Operating vehicles such as tractors, quad bikes, and trailers is part of the role. This is just a selection of the everyday tasks that our property caretaker handles. Some tasks are seasonal, while others are year-round. Start Date and Work Schedule The position will be filled by agreement. The role is part-time, 50%-80%.
