Job Description The role involves operating and monitoring fully and semi-automatic machines that process metal or similar materials through various methods (e.g., turning, milling, welding, grinding, etc.). It also includes programming and adjusting computer-controlled machines, setting up and inspecting tools, as well as handling machines that shape or cut metal products. Additionally, it may involve assembly/manufacturing and testing of products. Therefore, you should be a flexible individual with a strong sense of curiosity and openness to development. Responsibilities Your tasks will revolve around the following: • Following the production plan as well as quality and environmental management systems. • Managing daily operations and operator maintenance, including planned and emergency stops. • Keeping the facility and premises clean and well-maintained. • Participating in work rotation and production meetings. • Promoting a healthy work environment. • Reporting errors, deficiencies, safety risks, and incidents. • Participating in training and, when necessary, contacting the team leader in case of uncertainties. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we prefer that you meet the following criteria: • Hold a forklift license and have experience operating a forklift. • Have experience in similar tasks, preferably within the manufacturing industry. • Be able to work 3 shifts. • Be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. • Have a strong focus on being a team player.
