Job Responsibilities:
· Provide professional and friendly customer service via phone, email, and chat
· Handle customer inquiries and cases efficiently and accurately
· Assist customers with insurance questions, damages, and claims
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure quick and correct problem-solving
· Update customer information and documentation in the system
Qualifications:
· Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written
· Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
· Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach
· Ability to work independently and in a team
· Good computer skills and experience working with CRM systems
