About the Position You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle – from identifying new business opportunities to nurturing long-term customer relationships – while marketing innovative IT solutions and digital services to corporate customers and small and medium-sized enterprises. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain good relationships with Nordic customers (B2B focus). • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and digital channels. • Identify customer needs and present appropriate IT products, software, and services. • Manage qualified leads, create quotes, and negotiate pricing and contract terms. • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery. • Maintain accurate CRM data and provide sales forecasts and pipeline reports. • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Represent the company at virtual and local industry events or training sessions. Requirements • Excellent Swedish language skills. • Very good English skills (written and spoken). • Experience in IT sales, telephone sales, or customer management is advantageous. • Knowledge of IT services, SaaS, networks, cloud services, or cybersecurity is a plus. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Proactive, goal-oriented approach with strong customer focus. • Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
