About this role
Are you daydreaming about Greece's beautiful environments and relaxed lifestyle?
Want to work for a global company in Athens managing their Swedish customer service? Then we have the job for you.
Our client has half a million employees across Europe and three different offices just in Athens, Greece's capital. They provide customer service for some of the world's biggest brands like Philips, Apple, and Microsoft. We're looking for someone with experience in service and customer handling in various contexts, who is independent and driven to do their absolute best every day at work. You'll receive thorough training in product knowledge, customer service, technology, and invoice management during the first 4 weeks. Afterwards, you'll answer questions and inquiries from Swedish customers via phone, email, and chat.
Working in customer service means you'll have many different tasks and customer interactions daily. It's a varied job where you always have a customer to help or an issue to resolve. Therefore, you must be a natural problem solver with a positive attitude.
Living in Greece's capital offers the opportunity for a mini-vacation every weekend. From Piraeus harbor, you can jump on boats to all Greek islands for just a few euros. Boats run year-round, and during the low season, it's even cheaper to explore the country during your time off. Greece has an excellent climate with little rain compared to the rest of Southern Europe. If you're lucky, it can be 25 degrees and sunny on Christmas Eve! It's no coincidence that Athens is listed as one of the most popular destinations in Europe.
There are wonderful restaurants and bars, world-class cultural venues, and an art culture rich with creativity and history.
