Your role as Regional Manager
As a Regional Manager, you will work independently in close collaboration with experienced doctors and nurses, HR, and the management team. You will lead and support the entire staff group and contribute to the development of the organization based on its goals and vision. Your responsibilities will include overseeing staff and clinics in Stockholm, Eskilstuna, and Västerås. You will contribute to the organization with clear structures and financial awareness and are expected to maintain a close relationship with your employees, driving and following up on daily operations and planning.

Main Responsibilities
Leadership and Planning:
- Develop and implement work plans with clear goals and milestones.
- Ensure high quality, work environment, hygiene, and safety at all clinics.
- Provide continuous instructions to employees and follow up on compliance with Svea Vaccin's policies.
Communication and Consultation:
- Carry out any change initiatives in consultation with the operational manager.
- Immediately inform management of any deficiencies in quality, hygiene, work environment, and safety.
Quality and Follow-up:
- Be responsible for identifying and addressing quality issues.
- Regularly visit clinics to monitor the work environment and interaction with customers.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure that routines and policies are followed and function as intended.
Marketing and Finance:
- Participate in marketing and financial activities for the clinics.
- Ensure that staff inform customers about available vaccines.
- Train staff and maintain contact with suppliers.
Personnel Management:
- Recruitment and staff development within the region in consultation with HR.
- Plan and ensure effective onboarding.
- Scheduling, approval of time off, and absence management.
- Salary reviews and employee evaluations.
Please note that the position includes being on-call for schedule-based changes. Sick leave notifications on Saturday mornings are part of the role, and the responsibility follows a rotating schedule shared among all regional managers.
