IKO Sushi is a quick service restaurant where we serve sushi with a focus on quality and flavor. We are now looking for 1-2 sushi chefs who want to become part of our team.
The main responsibilities include preparing and making sushi according to recipes and guests' requests, as well as tasks such as receiving goods, filleting fish, ordering, and prepping ingredients.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about making sushi, has a good understanding of its ingredients such as raw salmon, is meticulous, self-driven, organized, cooperative, and service-minded.
