We welcome your application! Your Role As a Support Technician at Rimaster, you'll provide professional IT support to our employees and ensure their digital tools function correctly. The role involves support, troubleshooting, and installation of computers, printers, mobile phones, and other IT equipment. You'll be a crucial part of the IT function and play a central role in providing colleagues with the technical assistance they need in their daily work. Work will be performed both remotely – via phone and remote connection – and on-site. The role is varied and involves numerous contact points, giving you the opportunity to combine your technical skills with a genuine interest in service. Primary Responsibilities: - Remote and on-site IT support for Rimaster employees - Software installation and support - PC installation and support (Windows environment) - Phone installation and support - Printer installation and support - Basic network equipment installation and support - Active Directory account management, smart card and mobile phone management About You We're seeking someone with strong communication skills who is both meticulous and service-oriented. You enjoy helping others and always prioritize user needs. You work solution-oriented, are curious about learning new things, and thrive in an environment of collaboration and mutual support. Additionally, you have a strong interest in IT and either have relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience. Previous experience in support or helpdesk is advantageous. We primarily use Windows 11 and Microsoft 365, so knowledge in these areas is beneficial. You need a B driver's license and good Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written.
