Our client in Linköping is currently seeking a support and operations technician who wants to become part of a team working with the management and development of internal SharePoint solutions. This role is suited for an organized, responsible, and sociable individual who is not hesitant to contact users to solve problems. You possess strong collaboration skills but also enjoy working independently. We believe you are at the beginning of your career and eager to continue developing within IT and support.
**Responsibilities**
As a support and operations technician, you will work with the operations, management, and support of the organization’s SharePoint solutions. You will handle incoming requests and incidents, maintain ongoing contact with customers, participate in management meetings, and follow up on any escalations. You will also be responsible for updating documentation and contributing to user training. The work will be carried out in close collaboration with colleagues, customers, and suppliers within the IT field.
**Qualifications**
**Required:**
- Experience in IT and customer-facing work
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Swedish and good written and spoken English
- Ability and interest to learn
- Swedish citizenship (for handling export-controlled information)
**Meritorious:**
- Experience in application management
- Experience in user support
- Familiarity with agile working methods
- Knowledge of ITIL
**Conditions**
Location: Linköping. Scope: 100%. Start: As soon as possible. Assignment period: Until October 31, 2026, with a possibility of extension. Work will be on-site.
