Your New Position As a second-line support, you will provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting to users within the organization via case management systems, phone, and remote control. You will handle cases escalated from first-line and be responsible for analyzing, solving, and documenting more complex problems in client, server, and cloud-based environments. The work also includes: • User administration and rights management • Maintenance of systems and services within Microsoft 365 and other central platforms • Improvement of routines, documentation, and processes within IT support • Close collaboration with operations and system management Your Background To succeed in the role, we see that you have: • At least 4 years of IT support experience, including some at second-line level • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments • Experience in troubleshooting and client management • Basic knowledge of server environments • Experience with case management systems • Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meritorious: • Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Admin Center, SharePoint Admin Center • Entra ID / Azure AD • MacOS • DNS management • Plesk hosting • Dropbox • IT Glue or equivalent documentation tools • Work in environments with high demands for security, availability, and structure You as a Person We are Thalamus, which means that as an employee, you become an important asset and the face of our customers.
