ABOUT THE ROLE As a support technician, you will be part of a team that assists our clients' employees in resolving IT-related issues. You will work on more advanced cases, which involve complex problems and troubleshooting to support the business. In this role, you will primarily handle cases within the Microsoft environment, applications, hardware, and networks. Depending on your background and experience, you will also have the opportunity to contribute on a broader scale. Your main responsibilities will include: • Troubleshooting software and hardware • Second-line IT support • Documentation For certain consulting assignments, there may be requirements for Swedish citizenship and/or approved security clearance according to applicable regulations. It is a requirement that you are fluent in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with several years of experience in IT support, preferably from larger and/or complex organizations. You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft products and the commonly used systems within the Microsoft ecosystem. With your previous experience, you are accustomed to working independently, but you also have the ability to collaborate and support less experienced colleagues in the field. Experience in support work within public administration or government agencies is also an advantage. WHO ARE YOU? The work is primarily conducted over the phone, so you need to enjoy communicating and assisting users in a service-oriented and pedagogical manner.
