**Description**
In this role as a support technician, you will work in an organization with high demands for quality, service, and availability. **Responsibilities**
As a support technician, you will handle incoming requests from users and assist them with inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving related to PCs, printers, and peripherals. You will work on the installation and uninstallation of software on both new and existing workstations and will be responsible for documenting and registering cases in the case management system according to the applicable SLA. You will actively contribute to ensuring that users have a positive experience with a focus on high customer satisfaction and will collaborate closely with other support technicians and teams within IT. The position is based in Nyköping and may involve travel within the county.
**Qualifications**
**Mandatory Requirements:**
- Experience with Active Directory
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11
- Experience with Azure AD
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge of Teams
- Experience working with case management systems
- Experience with remote control tools (e.g., RCW)
- Excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Solid experience working in a hospital environment

**Conditions**
The position is full-time and performed on-site in Nyköping. The assignment runs from January 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, with the possibility of extension. Travel within Södermanland County may be included in the role. Remote work is not possible in this position.
