Service Technician / Inside Sales Representative We are seeking a technically skilled and service-oriented professional with experience in the pool industry who wants to combine technical support during the high season with sales work during the low season. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys varied tasks, has a good understanding of technology, and is driven to create solutions and build long-term customer relationships. You work independently, are structured, and have a strong sense of service and business. Key Responsibilities During High Season (Spring–Summer): • Technical support to dealers and installers (via phone/email/Teams/on-site visits) • Troubleshooting and advice on products such as chemical controls, control systems, pool robots, and heat pumps • Assistance with sizing and product selection During Low Season (Autumn–Winter): • Sales work with existing and potential dealers • Campaign follow-up and general customer support Requirements: • At least 3 years of experience in the pool industry (e.g., as an installer, salesperson, technician, or support) • Strong technical knowledge of products such as sand filters, pumps, control systems, pool construction • Ability to explain technical solutions pedagogically • Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle • Excellent Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written Personal Qualities: • Self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented • Communicative and service-minded • Business-driven and relationship-building • Flexible and able to handle a hectic work environment during high season (spring and summer) Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience working with dealer networks • Comfortable working independently from home office About Welldana A/S: Welldana is one of Scandinavia's leading wholesalers in pools, spas, and saunas.
