Your Responsibilities In this role, you will work with IT support in various ways, either as an onsite technician providing support in person or via phone using remote control tools. The needs may vary, but the roles typically involve: • Troubleshooting and support within IT environments • Management of clients, servers, and networks • Support via phone, email, and/or on-site • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and applications Your Profile To be considered for the position, we prefer that you have worked with similar tasks for at least one year. You have a good understanding of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and networks. As a person, you are service-oriented and enjoy helping users. Requirements • Relevant education in IT or other experience deemed equivalent by the employer • Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 • Strong knowledge of Windows • Fluent in Swedish and English – both spoken and written Meritorious • Experience with Azure • B driver's license We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
