About this role

Job Description We are looking for a Support Technician. In this role, you will work closely with users, providing support via phone and service desk systems, as well as managing various administrative tasks related to the client environment. You will focus on first-line support and primarily work on-site, although there is some opportunity for remote work. Travel to other offices may occur. Examples of technologies and areas you will work with in this role: • Troubleshooting and problem-solving in a Windows environment and installed applications • Management and administration in SCCM • MSI packaging • iOS devices and associated products • Mobile phones, subscriptions, and accessories • Device administration in Intune • Working with thin clients • KVM solutions Your Application Does this role sound interesting and suitable for you?
