**Your new position**
As a support technician, you will be the focal point for users' IT support, responsible for resolving issues both on-site, over the phone, and via remote access. You will work with everything from computers and printers to software installations and case documentation. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues and other units to ensure high user satisfaction.
- Provide support and troubleshoot IT-related issues for users, both via phone, remote access, and on-site
- Install and uninstall software on new and existing IT workstations
- Document and register user cases in the case management system according to the applicable SLA

**Your background**
We are looking for someone with solid experience in IT support, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment, who is comfortable in modern IT settings and can work independently. You possess strong technical skills in Microsoft products and remote support.
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Teams
- Experience with case management systems and remote support
- Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Extensive experience in IT support, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment
