We are now looking for an engaged IT Support Technician who will be an important part of our central support organization. In your role, you will be responsible for providing our customers with the service they need regarding technical issues and IT support. About the role:
As an IT Support Technician, you will be the company's face to the outside world and responsible for providing first-class support to our customers and users. You will:
• Manage escalated cases from 1st line, monitoring, and cases via our support system. Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues within client, server, and network environments.
• Escalate more complex cases.
• Ensure that customers have a positive experience through quick and professional service.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has at least 4 years of work experience in IT support.
• Has experience in a similar role.
• Possesses networking knowledge.
• Has previous experience working in a server environment (e.g., Windows).
• Has experience with Windows OS, Office 365.
• Is service-oriented, solution-focused, and has good communication skills.
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and has good knowledge of English.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in complex and varied IT environments.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Experience with Linux.
