You will work closely with an experienced support team and assist both Swedish and English-speaking users. What You Will Do • Receive calls, emails, and chat inquiries • Troubleshoot, register, and resolve issues at 1st line • Support users with Windows, Office365, Citrix, AD, networks, and mobile platforms • Communicate clearly and pedagogically—even in stressful situations • Create excellent customer experiences through professional interaction • Escalate issues as needed and collaborate with colleagues in the team Who You Are You are confident, service-oriented, and enjoy solving problems. You thrive in a role where you get to talk to people and make their day a little easier. We would like you to have: • Experience in IT support, service, or BackOffice • Very good Swedish and English skills—both spoken and written • Strong pedagogical and communicative abilities • A high school diploma, preferably in IT • A driver's license • Preferably experience working in a Service Desk Why Fujitsu?
