1st Line Support Technician – Östersund 📅 Start: December 8, 2025 📅 End: November 30, 2026 📍 Location: Östersund (on-site) 💼 Scope: 100% 🕒 Working Hours: 07:00–22:00, every day according to schedule 🚫 Remote: No 🚗 Driver's License: Yes, required 1st Line Supporter at Fujitsu via Barona We are looking for an engaged and service-minded 1st Line Support Technician for the Service Desk in Östersund. Here, you will be the one solving problems, guiding users, and providing reassurance in every interaction—whether it involves technical issues or small everyday questions. You will work closely with an experienced support team and assist both Swedish and English-speaking users. If you enjoy helping others, have an eye for structure, and are passionate about technology, you will thrive here. What You Will Do • Receive calls, emails, and chat inquiries • Troubleshoot, register, and resolve issues at 1st line • Support users with Windows, Office365, Citrix, AD, networks, and mobile platforms • Communicate clearly and pedagogically—even in stressful situations • Create excellent customer experiences through professional interaction • Escalate issues as needed and collaborate with colleagues in the team Who You Are You are confident, service-oriented, and enjoy solving problems. You thrive in a role where you get to talk to people and make their day a little easier. We would like you to have: • Experience in IT support, service, or BackOffice • Very good Swedish and English skills—both spoken and written • Strong pedagogical and communicative abilities • A high school diploma, preferably in IT • A driver's license • Preferably experience working in a Service Desk Why Fujitsu?
