About the assignment We are looking for someone who wants to work with customer support and technical solutions in a project focused on socially beneficial digital systems. As a Support Specialist, you will be an important part of an engaged team that ensures customers receive the right help, guidance, and support in their daily operations. In this role, you will support and guide customers in using the company’s systems. You will assist them with problem-solving, investigate errors, and participate in quality assurance and testing of the company’s products. With a customer-centric approach, you will contribute to the development of the company’s support and IT products in the education sector. You will work in an environment where collaboration, initiative, and learning are at the forefront. Here, you will have the opportunity to develop while contributing to the improvement of digital services used by many people every day. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: • Has experience in customer support or application support. • Ideally has experience from high school or adult education, for example, having worked as a teacher or in an administrative role within the school. • Thrives in a role that combines customer service, technology, and problem-solving. • Is communicative, pedagogical, and has an easy time building trust. • Has the ability to work systematically and prioritize tasks. • Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. • Has an interest in IT and digital services/aids.
