About this role

We are now looking for someone to support our Service Desk around the clock. Are you technically inclined, a skilled problem solver, and able to work unconventional hours? If so, you are the person we are seeking to join our IT Support Department. **Job Responsibilities** Your role with us will involve managing incoming cases, primarily via phone, alongside your colleagues. You will assist our users in resolving their IT-related issues so they can continue performing their military duties with the necessary IT support systems. Many cases can be resolved directly during the call with the user, while cases requiring deeper troubleshooting or other services for resolution will be escalated to the appropriate recipient. Therefore, it is crucial that you are adept at documenting and registering cases accurately. **Qualifications** - Completed secondary education - B driving license - Swedish citizenship - Interest in IT **Meritorious** Experience from similar work is advantageous but not a requirement. Previous experience working unconventional hours is also a plus. Your employment will begin with an introductory training program for the role. **Working Hours and Scope** Regular working hours are daytime between 07:00 and 16:00 and may be combined with night and weekend shifts. Working hours will follow an established schedule, subject to changes. The employment begins with a six-month probationary period. **Start Date** Winter/Spring 2026 **Department** The IT Support Department handles error reports, IT orders, and provides support to the Armed Forces' users in Sweden and abroad.
