Support Staff for Service Desk

About the Position Our client is an established IT provider that offers cloud-based solutions and IT operations in a secure and modern environment for its customers. The team consists of dedicated colleagues who support each other, and they value initiative and a desire to develop. As a support staff member, you will be part of the service desk team and primarily work to assist customers via phone, email, and a ticket management system. Examples of Responsibilities: • Manage incoming cases via phone, email, and ticket management system • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365, printers, Active Directory, and other IT environments • Guide users and provide technical support • Work proactively to improve processes and solutions for customers Your Qualifications We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest and basic IT knowledge. You are solution-oriented with good analytical skills and work equally well independently and in a team. You have strong communication skills and can communicate fluently and professionally in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Previous experience in technical helpdesk, service desk, or customer service is an advantage for this position.
