Support Staff
Are you driven by working with service and communication? As a support staff member with us, you will be part of our Member Service team, where you will gain unique insight into the organization and play a central role in communication with our members and colleagues in operations. The role is based at Actic's support office in Ulriksdal.
You will develop by:
• Being part of our team that assists all facilities and members in Sweden with member support, advice, contract management, etc.
• Engaging in continuous development with significant opportunities to grow in the role and eventually take on greater responsibility
• Handling incoming and outgoing calls and emails for our facilities
• Working on membership renewals and "win back" initiatives
• Managing other administrative/support tasks for the organization
To succeed in this role, you have:
• Experience in sales and member support
• Good telephone skills
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• An interest in service and sales
• Experience with a customer service system (Freshdesk, Exerp, CRM, etc.) is an advantage

At the same time, you are confident, stable, solution-oriented, and see opportunities in every situation.
The position is full-time (100%) with an initial 6-month probationary period. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and we expect to fill the position in January.
