We are now seeking a support team member who will be a crucial part of our team and provide support via phone and email to our customers. In this role, you will help member organizations and associations with membership management, fundraising, and communication - which they handle through our Föreningssupport platform.
You will be a central point of contact for resolving technical and practical issues, and you will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming support cases via phone and email.
- Provide support and help customers solve problems or answer questions.
- Guide customers in using our products/services.
- Proactively identify and resolve recurring issues.
- Document and follow up on support cases in our case management system.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in customer service or IT support.
- Has some technical understanding and is willing to learn more.
- Is communicative and can explain technical solutions in a simple manner.
- Has a good ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Has good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
