Leif Tjälldén AB is a family-owned company with over 45 years of experience in creating simple yet high-quality solutions for house foundations and pools. From our office in Arlöv and our concrete factory in Vellinge, we deliver material packages across the country. We are a dedicated small team passionate about problem-solving and helping each customer find the right foundation or pool for their project. Here, you will work closely with both production and customers in a constantly evolving business. **About the Position** In this role, you will experience a breadth and variety of tasks, and communication with customers will take place via email, phone, and in-person. **Examples of Responsibilities** * Responsible for the support email and responding to customers in consultation with the support manager. * Ensure that all complaints are handled, followed up, and resolved. * Order management in Visma. * Contact with customers and suppliers regarding delivery times. * Answering phone calls and taking messages. * Welcoming customers in the showroom and managing deliveries to the warehouse. * Office purchases. **About You** You are structured, reliable, and organized with a positive attitude that contributes to a pleasant work environment. You enjoy keeping things in order, are proactive, and like having varied tasks.
