Your Responsibilities
Saab is now seeking a support and operations technician to strengthen the team working with the management and development of Saab's SharePoint solutions. In this role, you will be a key part of Group IT and the Service Area Shared and Corporate, responsible for the development and management of applications used in Saab's support functions. You will contribute to Saab's daily operations and support, ensuring that users receive the best possible service and that systems operate effectively. The work involves both operations, streamlining processes, and close collaboration with both customers and suppliers.
Your main responsibilities include:
• First and/or second-line support as well as incident management.
• Active customer contact and troubleshooting, providing training and guidance to users.
• Participation in management meetings and handling escalations.
• Updating documentation and procedures.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is structured, responsible, and social; you enjoy interacting with people and are willing to take the initiative to solve problems. You collaborate easily but can also work independently and take responsibility for your tasks.
We believe you are at the beginning of your career and want to continue developing in IT and application management alongside Saab.
Requirements for the position:
• Experience in IT and customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Swedish and the ability to express yourself well in English, both spoken and written.
• Interest and willingness to learn new systems and working methods.
It is a plus if you also have experience in:
• Application management.
• User support.
• Agile working methods.
• ITIL.
The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the current security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security clearance, this may involve citizenship requirements.
