Responsibilities
In this role, you will be a key person in the Swedish team, working closely with both customers and colleagues to ensure SmartDok's solutions are used effectively. The role combines support, onboarding, and customer care with a strong focus on structure, problem-solving, and service. The role is suitable for someone who enjoys multiple touchpoints, wants to develop within SaaS and customer work, and is curious about how AI and new technology will change the customer journey.
Example tasks:
• Handle support cases via email and phone – from simple questions to more complex investigations
• Responsible for customer onboarding and follow-up, identifying risks and development opportunities
• Contribute customer insights to the product and development team
• Participate in developing routines, processes, and AI-driven tools that streamline customer management
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities:
• Experience in customer support, service, or Customer Success – preferably in B2B
• Familiar with digital systems and CRM (HubSpot is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Interest in technology and digital solutions
