This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting for 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for our client company. There are good opportunities for extension of the assignment.

**Responsibilities**
As a Supply Chain/Master Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining master data in the company’s business system, ensuring that all information regarding item and supplier data is accurate and consistent. In your role, you will manage details for incoming items and ensure that weight specifications, HS codes, and country of origin are updated. You will also follow up and ensure that necessary certificates and documentation from suppliers are in place, such as certificates of origin, product declarations, and long-term supplier agreements.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate Intrastat reporting within the EU by ensuring that all data fields for commodity codes, quantities, values, and country codes are correctly filled out. In this role, you will work closely with purchasing and supply chain and have regular contact with suppliers to collect and validate data. Additionally, you will continuously work to improve processes and routines for data quality, thereby contributing to increased structure and efficiency in the management of master data.
- Create, update, and maintain master data in the business system and ensure correct and consistent item and supplier information.
- Manage details for incoming items, including weight specifications, HS codes, country of origin, as well as necessary certificates and documentation from suppliers.
- Be responsible for accurate Intrastat reporting and collaborate with purchasing, supply chain, and suppliers to collect and validate data, as well as drive improvements in processes and routines for data quality.
**Education, Experience, and Personal Attributes**
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as a degree in Supply Chain, logistics, or industrial economics.
- Work experience from a manufacturing environment and familiarity with international supplier contact is highly advantageous.
- Experience with Microsoft Office is required; Power BI is a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
- Experience or understanding of technical products and components is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of Swedish.
