ValueOne is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager for a consulting assignment at our client in Stockholm. The assignment is to be filled as soon as possible and is expected to span six months with the potential to transition into a permanent position. About the Role
As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading work in Customer Order Management and logistics. You will report directly to the CEO and be part of the company's management team.
You will work operationally with customer order management, coordination of deliveries, and transport booking. The role also includes establishing and developing a base of contracted transport companies, planning product volumes through various distribution channels, and developing methods, models, routines, and processes. You will be responsible for long-term strategic planning of necessary competence and tools, coordinating global demand from key suppliers, and proposing improvements to adjacent processes. When needed, you will also support other functions within the company.
Experience and Competence
We are seeking candidates with an academic degree in logistics or equivalent. You have 5-10 years of experience working in Supply Chain Management, preferably in the fuel sector. To be considered for the assignment, experience with transportation of liquid chemicals or similar is required. Additional experience with road and sea freight, especially bulk, is merit-worthy. You must be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Good proficiency with multiple IT systems and Business Intelligence tools is expected.
As a person, you are driven, structured, and a team player who is humble yet clear. You have a strong will to drive changes, take on challenges, and possess extensive Supply Chain knowledge.
