The role plays a critical function in ensuring the right quality is achieved and final inspections are reduced. You are responsible for quality assurance throughout the entire chain, from supplier processes to incoming inspection and further into production. Primary Work Tasks: • Assess, qualify, and develop suppliers • Ensure suppliers meet standards, customer requirements, and certifications • Drive deviation management and follow up root cause analysis and corrective actions • Develop and monitor control plans and incoming inspections • Collaborate with procurement, production, and engineering • Follow up quality key performance indicators and initiate improvement work • Conduct supplier audits Experience and Competence To succeed in the Supplier Quality Engineer role, you must have at least three years of experience working as a Supplier Quality Engineer or equivalent in both electronics and mechanical materials from the manufacturing industry. You are confident in conducting supplier audits independently and communicate fluently in both Swedish and English. A post-secondary technical education and experience in technical roles is meritorious. Good system proficiency, ability to interpret technical drawings, and basic electronics knowledge are also desirable.
