You likely have several years of work experience in production, business development, purchasing, quality, or related fields. The role involves many international supplier contacts as well as internal contacts within the company, so we prefer candidates who enjoy having a comprehensive overview. Responsibilities • As a coordinator, you will ensure that the correct cost basis is available for any claims against suppliers. • Ensure proper management and documentation related to the various phases of deviations: Register, Analyze, Address, Implement, and Monitor. • Actively analyze, compile, coordinate, and drive activities to ensure that the right actions are taken at the right time and to identify any recurring deviations. • Prepare materials and statistics for recurring meetings such as supplier meetings. • Actively contribute to continuous improvements by developing the processes you work in, as well as driving process development and supplier development within your area of responsibility. Qualifications • You likely have several years of work experience in production, business development, purchasing, quality, or related fields, or you are a recent engineering graduate with a relevant focus. • We expect you to have a positive attitude, be outgoing, and be relationship-building. • You have an interest and understanding of how different functions within a company operate, insight into how to improve collaboration, and a passionate interest in quality. • You should have good experience working with the Office suite. Experience with SAP is a plus. • We expect you to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English, and to be good at communicating pedagogically.
