We at Adecco are now seeking a Supplier Quality Assurance for an assignment with our world-leading technology client in FinspĂĄng, Siemens Energy!
About the Role
As a Supplier Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for selected purchasing areas and their suppliers. You will drive quality work throughout the deviation process and ensure that the right actions are taken at the right time. In this role, you will, among other things:
• Coordinate and drive activities through all phases of the deviation process.
• Ensure that suppliers conduct proper root cause analyses (RCA) and implement sustainable actions.
• Analyze quality statistics to verify actions taken and identify recurring deviations.
• Prepare documentation and statistics for meetings such as Supplier Performance Review, NCC Q-gate, and other supplier meetings.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvements by developing processes and driving supplier and process development within your area of responsibility.
An important part of the job is to build and maintain good relationships internally, as well as to act as the "spider in the web" between the organization and our suppliers. You will also be responsible for ensuring accurate cost documentation in the event of any supplier claims.
This is a consulting assignment through Adecco, with placement according to agreement.
About You
We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where you can create structure, analyze problems, and drive improvements – both in the business and in your own work. As a person, we would like you to be:

• Interested in quality and how different functions within a company interact.
• Communicative and confident in expressing yourself in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.
We believe you have several years of experience from areas such as production, business development, purchasing, quality, or a similar field. Experience with international supplier contacts is an advantage.
For the right person, there is also an opportunity to combine the SQA role with a more strategic assignment as a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE). As an SQE, you will work closely with strategic purchasing on the qualification of suppliers and products.
