Role Description
Key responsibilities will include building strong relationships with our suppliers that create benefits for both parties. You will be involved in evaluation and selection of suppliers, and the driver of APQP/PPAP activities for selected projects working closely with our Technology organization. You will also be part of creating and executing Purchasing strategies, and with that comes encouraging our suppliers for development and increased innovation.
In your role, you will also educate and mentor activities from cost to quality requirements. Steering sustainability supply chain management programs and driving productivity improvement programs such as VPS/Lean and guiding continuous improvement actions will also be your responsibility.

We are building tailored Supplier development programs with our suppliers to boost Quality, Sustainability, Capacity, Cost performance and align suppliers' strategies with our purchasing goals and expectations.

We are looking for a colleague who has an agile character, is eager to learn and improve. You have a positive and entrepreneurial mindset and are always looking for the next target to reach. You are experienced in driving project management effectively and have knowledge about product development.
Your communication skills make it easy for you to connect with both internal and external stakeholders. You have the ability to manage and influence others, and you are structured and focused on execution. You are analytical and have a sustainable mindset. We believe you are comfortable working cross-functionally and able to work within remote management, handling multiple topics simultaneously.
Knowledge/Experience We Are Looking For
- University degree in electronics and/or software development/production/quality
- Experience in Electronics production processes and quality assurance
- Experience in Software development and quality assurance
- Knowledge in supply chain management and Lean manufacturing
- Good communication skills in English
