About the Role
As Reception Supervisor, you will be responsible for daily reception operations and support Meeting & Event. You will actively work on guest experience and fostering team spirit among employees. The role is operations-focused, meaning you will primarily be scheduled for reception shifts. Your role will have extra emphasis on upselling and coaching colleagues to create added value for our guests.
You will report to our Room Division Manager and assist her with recruitment, staffing, and onboarding new employees. Together with two other supervisors, you will ensure reception/M&E procedures are followed and updated, and that the team always has the right conditions to perform their work.
