ABOUT THE POSITION SG Application & Management AB (SGAM) is a growing technology company with offices in Nykvarn and Visby. Since its founding in 2021, SGAM has grown to a team of approximately 15 employees who together help customers across Sweden digitize and optimize their properties. With a platform-independent approach and focus on quality, SGAM offers tailored solutions in control, measurement, and analysis of technical property installations. SGAM has offices in both Nykvarn and Visby, and they are now seeking an employee for the Nykvarn location. In the role of Control Systems Technician, you will work with technically complex systems in fan rooms, facilities, and larger properties – often in transformation projects or new construction. You will work with both programming and requirements specification, and support customers from design to commissioning. We Offer - Great freedom in your role with support from experienced colleagues and owners - Work variation – working with both projects and cutting-edge technology - Hybrid employment with significant personal responsibility - A growing company with short decision-making paths and strong team spirit WORK TASKS In this role, you will: - Program unique facilities to ensure completed and operational systems - Work on design and requirements specification in projects using external contractors or directly in our own projects - Perform PLC programming in SAIA PG5, ABB 800M, Siemens S7 - Participate in requirements specification, design, and testing of facilities - Contribute to developing efficient and sustainable control systems - Support customer understanding and strategy – often being closest to the user - Work closely with technicians, project managers, and other consultants WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO - Have at least a couple of years of experience in PLC programming - Have good knowledge of SAIA PG5, Siemens S7, ABB 800M, or similar systems - Have experience in property automation, process industry, or similar environments - Have good Swedish language skills in both speaking and writing To succeed in the role, you have the following personal characteristics: - Stress-tolerant - Goal-oriented - Stable - Intellectually curious This recruitment process is managed by Academic Work, and our client requests that all questions regarding the position be sent to Academic Work.
