You will engage with customers both digitally and in-person at Studio Elfa Stockholm. You will work in an inspiring environment alongside a team of planning experts and studio hosts, who together aim to provide customers with a high level of service and create smart storage solutions. Your primary tasks will include: - Conducting and following up on planning meetings - Driving sales of storage solutions and sliding doors from Elfa - Handling customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, purchases, and payments - Assisting visiting customers and managing payments in the studio **PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS** To succeed in the role of Planning Expert, you need to have a genuine interest in storage and interior design. You have prior experience working in service and sales in an administrative role. You possess an analytical mindset and enjoy problem-solving. Furthermore, you are a team player who views excellent service as a given. You act professionally and are a good ambassador for the brand. Additionally, you have a structured approach to work and appreciate order and tidiness. The studio's opening hours will be Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays approximately 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Your working hours will largely reflect the studio's opening hours.
