What does the work involve?
The assignment concerns study counseling at a municipal primary school in Solna. Your work includes planning, implementation, and follow-up of the teaching you conduct based on the curriculum. You will be part of a pedagogical team together with other mother tongue teachers. We work to ensure all students reach their full potential! We also participate in networks across the entire county to develop teaching, with the student in focus.
You will be a study counselor in Pashto at 10%.

Who are we looking for?
You should
- speak fluent Pashto
- preferably have experience working as a study counselor
- have good Swedish language skills. At least SAS 2 is required as the work involves daily contact with Swedish-speaking colleagues, documentation, and administrative work.
As a study counselor with us, you have a good understanding of how multilingual students acquire knowledge based on different conditions. It is important that you communicate clearly and ensure your message gets across. You plan and organize your work efficiently and work well with other people. You adapt easily to changing circumstances and keep students in focus.

The position is a time-limited employment until June 11, 2026, at 10% with immediate start or by agreement.
