The Department of Children and Education in Vimmerby municipality is responsible for all educational activities, from preschool to university, and also oversees Swedish for immigrants (SFI) and community orientation for newcomers. **JOB DESCRIPTION**
As a study guide, you provide support to individual students and/or groups in the school. The work involves planning, implementing, and evaluating the educational activities at the workplace in collaboration with educators and other staff. Your task is to create favorable conditions for the student's development and learning, as well as to provide security and structure in daily life. You create the best opportunities for students, parents, and colleagues to thrive and feel secure. An increased independence in the individual and a reduced need for assistance is the goal of the resource's mission.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
We are looking for someone who has:
• Education that the employer deems relevant for the position
• Experience working with students who need special support
• Familiarity with a low-arousal approach
• Good knowledge of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
