What does the work involve?
The assignment concerns study counseling at a municipal primary school in Solna. Your work includes planning, implementation, and follow-up of teaching based on the curriculum. You will be part of a pedagogical team together with other mother tongue teachers. We work to ensure all students reach their full potential! We also participate in county-wide networks to develop teaching, with the student at the center.
You will be a study counselor at 5% employment.
Who are we looking for?
- You should be able to speak Fula.
- Experience as a study counselor is meritorious.
- You need to have good Swedish language skills (at least SAS 2) as the work involves daily contact with Swedish-speaking colleagues, pedagogical documentation, and administrative work in Swedish.
As a study counselor with us, you have a good understanding of how students acquire knowledge and people's different conditions, you communicate clearly and ensure your message gets across, you plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively. Furthermore, you make correct assessments and priorities and work well with other people. You adapt easily to changing circumstances and see opportunities in changes.

This is a time-limited position until June 11, 2026, at 5%, with immediate start or by agreement. If the scheduled time for study counseling changes, the position may be terminated early.
