• Support our consulting managers with various personnel-related issues.
• Handle diverse administration related to recruitment and hiring.

WHO ARE YOU?
• You are a student pursuing a post-secondary education, preferably in HR, economics, behavioral science, or a related field.
• You have a strong interest and aptitude for business. You are driven to create business value together with us at Friday.
• You likely have a background in service where you are accustomed to meeting people and thrive in a role where your performance is recognized.
• You speak and write fluently in Swedish and are comfortable using English in both spoken and written contexts, as this is used daily in interactions with candidates and clients.
Previous experience in the recruitment industry and/or technical work is a plus. You should be curious about IT and technology, but above all, you have a passion for working with people! A large part of the assessment will also be based on your personal qualities since this work is something you will learn along the way. To thrive in this role, we see that you are an easygoing and flexible person as the tasks will vary.
