For those motivated by providing excellent service, with previous experience in customer support and fluent in both Dutch and Swedish, there is now an opportunity to take on the role of agent in BookBeat's support team. This is a perfect part-time job for students as you can work from home with a flexible schedule. We welcome your application! ABOUT THE POSITION Currently, BookBeat's support team consists of a mix of German, Swedish, Polish, Dutch, Danish, and Finnish-speaking support agents who work together to provide the best possible service to BookBeat's users. The need is long-term, and shifts are primarily scheduled during weekdays but may also include weekends/public holidays. The role is flexible as you can work from anywhere and is therefore not tied to an office. As a customer support agent, you will primarily respond to inquiries from Swedish customers in BookBeat's web-based support system. These inquiries may include questions about how the service works, technical issues, account settings, sales inquiries, etc. You will have ready-made email templates for the most common questions to assist you in your responses to customers. RESPONSIBILITIES Tasks * Respond to incoming inquiries regarding content, account settings, and sales from the company's customers via email. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO - Is a student with at least one year left in your studies - Has previous experience in customer service and administrative work - Has very good knowledge of Dutch and Swedish, both spoken and written It is also highly advantageous if you are fluent in Finnish, German, Norwegian, or Danish. To succeed in this role, you possess the following personal qualities: * Service-oriented * Problem-solving * Self-motivated As a person, you are interested in literature and skilled in written communication. You are curious about how things work and have a good sense of customer service and customer interaction. Since the work is independent, it is also essential that you have strong problem-solving abilities, are communicative, and are willing to take initiative.
