Your Responsibilities
In the role of order receiver/customer service representative for our client Spendrups, you will answer incoming calls from business customers regarding order management, orders, and information about campaigns, etc. The role will also involve outgoing sales calls, where you have the opportunity to develop both administratively and within service and sales. Customers are primarily from the restaurant industry.
Your Profile
We are primarily targeting students or those with another main occupation who want to work part-time. As a student, you are considered to be admitted and enrolled at a university, college, or Komvux. Registration certificate is a requirement for potential employment.
We are looking for someone who is a good communicator and loves to provide efficient and excellent service.
As a person, you are a team player with a very good ability to collaborate and communicate with others.
We prefer that you have:
* Worked in customer service and are service-oriented with good experience handling contacts via phone and email.
* Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
* Good computer skills and proficiency in the Office package.
* Preferably experience in: Retail, Restaurants, or working with Systembolaget.

Additional Information
* Location: Stockholm, St Eriksgatan 119.
* Availability: 1-2 times per week, focusing on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.
