ABOUT THE POSITION As a student information officer, you'll work with your team to help Vision grow as a trade union by recruiting new student members at your educational institution. Your main tasks include managing information booths, delivering classroom presentations, and participating in career fairs and job market events. You'll also handle marketing and stay informed about developments at your specific institution. Your role includes providing information and support to existing student members. You and your team will drive local operations and membership growth, with support and coaching from operational or section managers. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: - Is a student at the University of Gothenburg - Has excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Additional Qualifications: - Experience in service and/or sales - At least 1 year remaining in your studies - Current or previous engagement in student life at your institution To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have: - Strong teamwork skills - Social, outgoing, and creative personality - Results-driven with goal-oriented approach - Responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented Additional Details: This is a fixed-term position for approximately 15 hours/month per semester. Starting wage is 140 SEK/hour excluding vacation pay, with potential for semester-based increases. We expect you to share trade union values, but no prior knowledge of Vision or unions is required. Training begins with a two-day program on January 14-15, 2026, at Vision's office in Stockholm, with travel expenses covered.
